What does ‘panel not polling’ mean?
The system is not communicating with the cloud or internet.
What does ‘WD Fault’ mean?
This indicates a warning device issue such as battery, tamper, or siren fault.
What is ‘Wireless Mismatch’?
A device has not been correctly assigned to an input.
What is ‘Test Failed’?
This usually indicates an open circuit or tamper condition.
Why don’t devices appear in walk test?
Once the zones have been programmed, the Engineer menu must first be exited to save programming — and then re-entered to carry out a walk test.
