Anti-Bullying and Harassment Statement

In line with the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, Pyronix Ltd recognises its legal duty to take all reasonable steps to prevent harassment, bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace. Pyronix has in place an Anti-Harassment and Bullying Policy which takes proactive measures to identify, address, and mitigate risks associated with harassment and bullying.

 

We will treat all allegations seriously, irrespective of the seniority of the alleged perpetrator, whether the conduct is a one-off act or a repeated course of conduct, and whether it appears the conduct was undertaken deliberately or not.

 

This applies to all employees, officers, workers, agency workers, contractors, apprentices, job applicants, volunteers and interns, both within the workplace and in external settings.

 

We also ensure that visitors on our sites are made aware of our business commitment.
